Our range of First Aid courses are designed to meet the needs and desires of most businesses, our First Aid courses can be delivered either on your premises, at an agreed venue or at our training rooms in Bolsover. In October 2009 the HSE recognised the need for a 1 day first aid course that would train staff in the basics of First Aid, the Appointed Person course was replaced by a qualification called Emergency First Aid in the Workplace (EFAW), a 6hr course. Everyone gains an advantage from staff being trained in First Aid, Staff are able to deal with incidents in the workplace and take their knowledge for use in their everyday life. The Emergency First Aid in the Workplace course gives a certificate that is valid for three years, we also do a refresher that can be done annually, 2hrs duration. First Aid knowledge can be further built on by having either our Paediatric First Aid, a 12 hour course designed for people dealing with children, many mothers find this course attractive to them. We also deliver the 3 day First Aid at Work course, this gives a indepth knowledge of how to deal with all First Aid situations.
